Located in the historic Gilman Plaza, the clinic can be accessed from University Avenue or Gilman Street. There are two parking spaces available in the front of the building, available on a first-come first-served basis; if these are unavailable, street parking is also plentiful.
Please be sure to complete all Intake Paperwork online through the Client Portal prior to your appointment. Enter the waiting area on the third floor and make yourself at home; there is no receptionist, so help yourself to a cup of something warm and we will be out to greet you as soon as we can.
