Our fast-paced culture often leaves us in survival mode with minimal support, leading to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or even hopelessness. However, life can be about much more than survival—and you don’t need to walk this path alone. As your guide and supporter, I can help you navigate your internal and external landscape, tending to emotional wounds and shining a light towards your most empowered self.
My holistic, client-centered approach to healing and wellness is one of compassion, creativity, and attunement. I believe emotions are energy-in-motion. Together we will find accessible ways to help you move through and process stuck, persistent thoughts and emotions, as you ground yourself in your whole, authentic, beautiful self.
Your safety is important – in every sense of the word. When we feel safe and at home within ourselves, we feel a greater sense of safety out in the world. Our time together is an invitation of bravery, to hold tender stories, joyful experiences, and everything in between. Your whole self is welcome here.
I would be honored to support you in your healing process. You are wonderfully unique, so my approach to our time together is personalized to your needs. My lens is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Expressive Arts, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT “tapping”), and Mindfulness.
I am grateful you are here. I look forward to supporting you in your healing, in your growth, and in your cultivation of joy.
I offer therapy services to individuals ages 18+ at our Downtown Fire Station Clinic, at our Middleton Clinic, and via Telehealth Services.

Emotional Freedom Technique:
I am trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT “tapping”. EFT is a well-researched method of self-tapping that is useful in reducing physiological and mental stress. This transformative technique helps to release stored trauma and emotions for deep healing.
