“Radical Empathy means striving to always hold others in unconditional positive regard. It means assuming that most of us are essentially good at our core, that we are all worthy of love and forgiveness.”
-Cheryl Strayed, Author
It is my belief that we are all perfectly imperfect beings with unique strengths. Unique in only ways that we, ourselves, know what those strengths to be. I am honored to work alongside you to identify your core strengths, values, and beliefs that will lead you to your most authentic self.
When working towards meaningful change and healing, a strong trusting therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance. I believe you are the expert of your life experiences, and my goal is to assist you in meeting your identified goals in a way that feels natural to you. My role is to create a safe space for you to be yourself, assist in processing difficult emotions, adjustment to life transitions, and guiding you towards a life worth living.
I provide an authentic, empathetic, and holistic therapeutic approach while being person-centered and strengths based. I utilize components from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and attachment-based theories to address your identified needs. I have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I offer therapy to individuals ages 18+ in a virtual setting only.
